Seasonal Care is a subscription that delivers four boxes per year, tailored to your lawn size and the needs of each season. You select your lawn size once, and every delivery is scaled accordingly.

Spring, Summer and Autumn boxes contain the right combination of lawn treatments for that time of year, with product volumes increasing to match your lawn size.

Your Winter Box is a little different. As your lawn enters its dormant season, there are no treatments to apply, so instead you'll receive seasonal tips, lawn care advice, exclusive goodies and a few surprises while your lawn enjoys a well-earned rest.

Each delivery is aligned to key lawn care windows:

• Spring Prepare arrives between March and May, typically early April.
• Summer Protect arrives between June and August, typically early July.
• Autumn Preserve arrives between September and November, typically mid October.
• Winter Bundle arrives in December, packed with seasonal treats and exclusive extras to round off the year.

Winter is your lawn's dormant season, so there are no treatments to apply. Instead, your Winter Box is filled with seasonal tips, expert lawn care advice, exclusive goodies and a few surprises to help you care for your lawn while it enjoys a well-earned winter rest.

You can start your Seasonal Subscription anytime. If you join Tend towards the end of a seasonal window you will be given the choice to select the current box or wait for the next seasonal box. If you choose to wait for the next seasonal box, your subscription won't start until that season begins. If you choose the current box, your subscription starts immediately and will continue with the next season as standard.

Quarterly subscriptions: You'll be charged at the start of each season. If you join mid-season and receive the current box, you'll be charged when you sign up, then on the first day of each new season. Once a season has started, that box is confirmed. If you cancel, your subscription will end before the next seasonal charge. Annual subscriptions: You'll pay when you subscribe for all four seasonal boxes. Your subscription renews automatically each year on the anniversary season of your first box. We'll send a reminder before renewal, and you can cancel anytime before then. There are no long-term commitments.

Yes. Many customers begin with the Transform You Lawn and then move into Seasonal Subscription for ongoing support.

Yes. You can start Seasonal Subscription at any time.

Yes. You can update, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account.If you cancel after a seasonal payment has been taken, you'll still receive that season's box. Your subscription will then end before the next billing date.You can also pause your subscription and restart it whenever you're ready.

Most customers see visible improvement within a few weeks, depending on lawn condition and season. If you’re starting with bare soil, you can expect to see sprouting within 15 days and a full lawn within a few months. If you’ve begun with a patchy lawn, you can expect to see a fuller lawn within a few weeks. This depends on seasonal timing and application.

Each product is designed to be applied once per season.
